  I have lectured on several BSc programs including Psychology, Sport Science and Health, Physical Education and Biology, Physical Education and Maths, Athletic Therapy and Training and Adventure Facilitation and Education. The courses include the Psychology of Injury, Sport and Exercise Psychology, Introduction to Sport Science, Health Promotion, Applied Coaching and Research Methods. I have used both Loop and Moodle to facilitate these classes. I produced short videos on complex topics for distribution on social media channels and use multimedia learning experiences to inspire interest from learners. We did this by implementing active onsite wellbeing programmes. I was responsible for the management of a multi-disciplinary team covering resilience and stress management training, onsite massage, reflexology, nutrition consultations, yoga, Pilates and personal fitness training.
