      Chris Morton, Operations ManagerAfter deciding to change his career direction from IT, Chris Morton joined Quicklight in July 2005 to start training as an electrician. After passing all of his qualifications, he took on the role of Team Leader and later became the Area Manager for our North team. Now, Chris is the Operations Manager, responsible for mentoring 13 Team Leaders across the country.Not only is he a manager, he is a team player. Chris enjoys participating in and completing our charity challenges, having previously taken part in the Three Peaks Challenge in 2011, and the London to Brighton cycle ride in June 2013.A family man with a wife and two sons, Chris is a lover of all sports. He particularly enjoys F1 and football as he is a lifelong Sunderland supporter and previous season ticket holder. He is also a qualified goalkeeping coach and has previosuly trained his eldest son Ben from Under 8 through to Under 15 age groups."Quicklight has shown a huge amount of faith in me over the years coming from the IT profession with very limited electrical knowledge.
