Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Daryl. During the time we worked at TEDXUAL he expertly filled the role of PR manager and social media coordinator. I was always in awe of Daryl’s ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages. No matter how tense a meeting, Daryl made sure everyone left with a smile. As a team member or a leader, Daryl earns my highest recommendation.

      TEDxUAL is an independent event licensed by TED Global, and organised by students of the University of the Arts London (UAL). Debuting in 2016, the event continues to run exclusively for UAL staff and students annually. As the Public Relations Manager for TEDxUAL 2018, I am in charge of conceptualising the 2018 brand blueprint and communication strategies, working closely with the marketing department to oversee the marketing and outreach campaign for the event.
