Whether it's the development of mobile apps, complex data-driven websites or any other technically advanced project, Nathan, serving as the Online Production Director consistently demonstrates his keen and sharp sense of software engineering. On top of his programming strengths, Nathan has the rare quality of being able to manage dozens of projects at any given time. A great example of this is demonstrated by how Nathan is the expert for our ONSET content management system. Nathan has more ONSET knowledge in his head than 99.9% of the rest of the Northwest Florida staff. So, not only is Nathan the principal liaison between our corporate office in Irvine, CA but he also has to juggle any 10+ other web projects at any given time. With the amount of on-going projects at Freedom Interactive, I really don't know how Nathan is able to manage it all. I would highly recommend Nathan to any employer seeking a leader and expert in software engineering,
