I assisted in fundraising consulting, creative direction, project management, and business system development that allowed us to more scale-ably meet client needs. I then trained staff into those systems to allow for a doubling of our client portfolio. Once those systems we're delegated, I launched a series of initiatives aimed at improving client communication and improving the ROI on our partnerships. I organized those initiatives into a strategic plan, and presented that roadmap with the program director to the CEO, then to to our board. I then lead the pursuit of those goals, with positive feedback from customers and an increase in the return on our investments.
