  Stuff Doer is the title to which my niece lays claim (she works in her Dad’s law office), and I think she’s on to something! As the owner of Correll & Correll I am blessed with an abundance of stuff that needs doing – and that I very much enjoy doing.

  Nurturing Relationships – I am fortunate to have several individuals in my life who are masters at building relationships with people. As a small-town girl from rural Nebraska whose father and mother each had their own business, I learned very early on how critical it was to not only serve the customer, but add value to their life by their interaction with you. As an adult, I continue to see those same values and behaviors reflected in the lives and actions of my business colleagues…and I’m grateful.Possessing a Unique Perspective – During my undergraduate years as a literature major, I honed the skill of examining novels, poems, short stories and essays, looking for patterns, trends, motivations, themes, and connections. That skill has served me well as I examine organizations and the people within them. I focus on seeing what others do not, thereby allowing me to bring a unique perspective to identifying issues and solving problems.Designing Solutions – Never satisfied with the concept of one right answer, I look for multiple solutions, always ensuring that the real problem has been identified and that the solution best meets the needs of those involved.
