No doubt that historically (at times), the carrier/consultant relationship has proven tenuous; Matt defied the odds and certainly served to refresh my outlook on this. Highly collaborative and pragmatic, Matt valued the carrier relationship just as much as his client relationship which ultimately served to achieve the best possible result for all parties, on all fronts. Engaging and dedicated, 10/10 would recommend.

Matthew has been an incredible asset to the project team at CLX. His clear and direct communication style is highly effective at managing stakeholders, and his ability to manage complex data is vital part of our success. Matthew is supportive to his colleagues and a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend Matthew

One of 5 equity shareholders, I was tasked to assist the business through a growth period. Collaborating with our CEO & MD, we worked to rebrand the business name as well as develop a new go-to market strategy. Successfully acquired numerous enterprise customers & worked with our commercial, service delivery & customer solutions team for successful deployment. I had been fortunate enough to cross paths previously with a lot of the people from cora which only made work more enjoyable. Some of my favourite people still reside within this business, they were great to work with & wouldn't hesitate recommending their services. Show less

Technology lead solution selling into enterprise customers. Securing 6 of the businesses Top 12 customers & helped the overall business to grow beyond ~$250m p/a. After generating sales in excess of ~$4m over the first 3 years, I was given the opportunity to lead a business unit within the wider group. Growing from a team of only 2 & starting from a blank balance sheet - I was able to acquire a further ~$10m+ in new business as well as onboard 4 new staff members to assist in the management of the portfolio. After successfully achieving $1m EBIT in our inaugural 18 months, the business decision was made to roll that BU back into the overall group. Key tasks included: - Solution Design - New customer acquisition - Carrier negotiations - Customer implementations - QBR & report management - SLA discussions - Employee onboarding - P&L management I was fortunet enough to have a great team around me & we successfully secured 6 of the businesses Top 12 customers (at that stage).
