I have known Pierre Olivier, Regional HR Advisor for more than two years in my capacity as Country Director of Oxfam Programme in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Pierre Oliver is good at critical thinking and suggesting the respective managers on the people management. He is firmed on the HR policy and its implementation. He himself roles modelling and encouraged the staff to be abide by those policies. Over his support on our Ebola emergency response, he has demonstrated that his positive attitude that has driven a HR function as a business partner for the program as an HR Adviser professionally. Apparently, this has made him an absolute pleasure to work with. Moreover, Pierre Olivier is a dedicated, ambitious, result oriented and he is able to work under many challenging circumstance with the pressure. He is always available to advice you if you have encountered problems and he has experienced on providing resolution.
