Margaret and I worked together on the Dish projects, and I was lucky to call her my coworker as well as mentor. She consistently gave a 100 percent effort to the team and played a significant role in ensuring that we completed assignments on time as well as training the new members to the team. She had an excellent time management skills along with an ability to lead and help everyone around her, especially during crunch times. Margaret has an amazing work ethic and will constantly give her all no matter the task and no matter the time requirement. Any team would be lucky to have her on their team, and I couldn't recommend her more for any business or companies looking for new talent

Margaret trained me for the position of Regulatory Compliance Analyst. She was an excellent trainer who showed skills in meticulous organization and process guidance. She is very thorough on all her site reviews and applied a high standard for all the work that she foresees and completes. She always kept the big picture in mind as well as swiftly adapting to changes that occur in the environmental review process. Margaret also is excellent in client interaction as well as communication within the company. I have no doubt that she will be a successful and valued addition to any team in her future endeavors.

As part of a three-intern team, I observed and recorded social behavior of mosquitofish feeding habits to determine how social dynamics in groups affect individual behavior as well as emergent collective behaviors in response to novel foraging situations with use of acrylic polymer emulsion tags for individual identification.

I analyzed and studied fracking policy-making by cities, towns, and villages in New York and provided an understanding of how social networks shape local policy-decision making, leading to the development of anti- and pro-fracking policy adoption to help citizens and stakeholders better navigate local policy processes.

I fertilized F1 Klamath River three-spined stickleback population to observe clutch variability across females, monitored embryo hatching success at different water temperatures, and conducted daily checks and maintained lab records to monitor fish welfare in order to compare populations adapted to different environments with regard to their ability to tolerate heat stress.
