  The Hope Institute is the Democratic National Committee’s crash course for talented, aspiring young people from underrepresented backgrounds, providing the tools and training necessary to enter careers in political fundraising, nation- and statewide campaigns, and politically minded organizations. First established in 2005 as "Yes We Can!" by then-Senator Barack Obama, this program continues to be a success, with each subsequent class moving on to fruitful careers.
