Jim did an excellent job of leading us through our final, and at times daunting, capstone project. He was reassuring and thought provoking with high expectations which brought out the best in our cohort as we completed our coursework at WLC. Even though I know he juggles many tasks, he was accessible and devoted to the success of his students. I will be forever grateful for my time at WLC, thanks to great teachers, facilitators and administrative staff like Jim who lead with a servant heart.
