  Managing day to day work in events department in preparing and planning all tournaments and events sanctioned, organised and supervised by BAM in Malaysia (more than 26 tournaments and 10 events) - including tournament entries and withdrawal processes, seeding and tournament draw. Drafting and monitoring the tournament budget for events organised by BAM.   Designing any built or renovation of residence places and design graphic proposal to clients. I believed there is art in design, but design is not art. There is a practiced art to creating great design, but the final output of the design process is not art. Art is creative expression intended to provoke questions and individual interpretation. Art is inspiring, emotional and important, but does not fill a specific need beyond humanities’ desire to express itself. Design, on the other hand, is a creative process intended to solve a problem, to fill a need for the people that will ultimately interact with it. Design should not be open to interpretation, but instead should define how it is to be engaged with and should guide a user at each stage of that engagement. Art creates questions, design creates answers.

  As once a friend said" Teaching is the process of attending to people’s needs, experiences and feelings, and intervening so that they learn particular things, and go beyond the given ".I have been tasked to teached Bahasa Melayu (Language) and Mathematics to Form 1 (13 years old) and Form 4 (16 yeard old). Other than that, I also required to become Class Teacher for Form 1 Jaya (37students) where I learn a lot to handle and manage kids who riches with curiosity and energy. My mother, who also a teacher shared her philosophy is simple as pie: Teach like it is your last day today! Try to give your abecedarians all of your knowledge so that knowledge can grow and expand to an extent where novelties can bloom and be implemented in order to exercise them for bridging up the loopholes which exist in our societies today.I strongly believe that teaching is a noble profession. One does not go into teaching for the money but rather for the twinkle in the eyes of a student when they have understood a concept you taught them or figured out for themselves how to solve a problem based on your guidance. Teachers are facilitators making things happen in the class room and outside. The greatest compliment is when a student (whom you may have taught long ago) approaches you on the bus or in the market place and tells us something like, "You really helped me learn..."
