I have the pleasure of working with Sarah on the implementation of Works, Etc at ARE Telecom & Broadband. Sarah is the key to our implementation of this amazing software. She is friendly and professional, always helpful. Her demeanor is perfect for a new client, helping us understand not only the tool but impact that the change has on the ARE Team members. She has helped us understand the impact of google docs on the software. Sarah has also listened very closely to her client and resolves quickly any issues of the software fitting into our company. Bottom line, Sarah is very knowledgeable, very professional and so helpful with the change management aspect as well as the implementation of the software.
