I played the lead role in digital transformation of the marketing team at a Bavarian Mittelstand. EOS is the preeminent industrial 3D printer of Europe, turning over almost half a billion euros each year building 3D printers, selling printing materials, and consulting within the additive manufacturing industry. My responsibility as co-lead of the marketing team focused on developing the strategic positioning of EOS across digital channels (Organic, Paid, Display, Email, and Social) which was rolled out and localised for European, North American and Asian markets.RESULTS:- 60% YoY rise in organic traffic to EOS.info - Reduced page speed and drove large scale content campaign unleashing the power of previously 'hidden' content (recorded webinar videos, PDF whitepapers, press releases) as accessible youtube videos, blog articles, and podcast content. - 3300% increase in YoY traffic from YouTube to EOS.info; produced 40+ videos in 3 months to drive engagement with engineering & manufacturing leads. 496% MoM increase in YouTube unique views, watch time improvement of 654%.- 112% YoY rise in social traffic to EOS.info - Overhauled social media strategy to focus on including the wider business, driving notable growth despite losing the 1 FTE. Initiated digital reputation management workshops across the globe, including 20% directly, to improve new business enquiries & website traffic.TASKS- Launched e-commerce marketing strategy, including a variety of small budget tests, to establish best channels/messages by geography- Managed paid media buying (PPC, display, social media)- Initiated the first global content campaign for product launch of M300 (US, EMEA, Japan, Korea)- Lead negotiations between local marketing departments to successfully reach accommodations & execute on mutually agreeable solutions- Adapt channel strategies for localisation across the globe, including graphics, brand messaging, & local website development for launch
