I was fortunate to work with Ms. Garner as we stood up the Colorado Technical University Student Services department. Her experience prior to taking on a leadership role was extensive in Higher Education and training and came in handy as we coached and developed a team, assisted students and determining the direction of the department. She brought with her a willingness to attempt new things, handy in a start-up environment, as well as a developing ability to lead while retaining her curiosity and desire to improve. Among the areas Ms. Garner excelled in were: • Developing a call rubric to gauge the progress of the Student Services team during phone calls • Training, redeveloped how new hires were trained and the process used to onboard staff • Interviewing, took place in the development of questions as well as interviewing applicants • Go-to person for all Prior Learning and Registrar related questions This is only a small sample size of the value she brought to the team. Working with her was a pleasure not only because of her technical acumen, but also her ability to adapt to changing environments, her sense of humor and focus on providing our team and our students a first rate experience. She is an asset to any organization fortunate enough to have her in their employ and I strongly recommend her.

I have had the pleasure of working with LaTrina for years in the Prior Learning Assessment department where she has been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. I have had the opportunity to observe LaTrina's professional skills as well as interpersonal style. She is consistently pleasant, and takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. Regardless of deadlines or other pressure,LaTrina always delivers strong, effective results. Her superior organizational skills make her the consummate multi-tasker. While working in Prior Learning, LaTrina implemented processes that streamlined some day to day operations for her team. Any company that brings LaTrina on- board will find their money well spent.
