Review and discussion of KPIs, Policies & Procedures and on-going development of services. • Operations Administration – Ensuring National Fatigue compliance is monitored and executed effectively, WHS Audits & Compliance, Purchase Orders, Management of Fleet register and the investigation and formal response to customer and client complaints, and development of necessary procedural changes as a result.• Administration – Rostering and Overtime Management, Annual Leave applications, resolution of staff queries, monitoring and maintenance of fleet presentation and liaising with Sydney Airport partners.
