Jodi came into the AMM role at Midland Gate at a hectic time with little to no handover. Her can-do attitude, creativity and infectious personality meant that we not only delivered a comprehensive calendar of campaigns, but one of those campaigns actually went on to win the PCAWA Big Guns Sales Promotion award in 2017. Jodi was a wonderful support in so many ways - she not only got the job done (and done well) but she kept the team sane with her happiness, her kind words and her big laugh!

I am the Regional Manager of the Casual Mall Leasing team in WA & Jodi has held the role of my sales co ordinator for over a year now. Jodi is one in a million & possibly the most positive person I have ever worked with. Proactive, energetic and perfectly organized, Jodi brings a breath of fresh air and creative brilliance to the work environment. She has performed the requirements of her role as CML Sales Co ordinator diligently and has stepped up to take care of sales and client needs on numerous occassions as required. Recently I broke my ankle and needed to work from home for 2 months. During this period Jodi stepped into the role of Sales Executive and increased Occupancy and Revenue results in the centres she was overseeing for me and kept me informed of any issues that arose. Loyal, insightful and independent - Jodi is highly regarded by our clients & her colleagues. She is always able to successfully complete any tasks with favorable results despite deadline pressure. Jodi will find a way to weather any storm with a smile. I thoroughly enjoy working with her at Vicinity Shopping Centres. She is destined for great things!
