Business Development: Provide advisory services to emerging IT Services organizations pursuing large value RPFs/RFIs; Perform oversight of Bid Management, Response Team Selection, Win Theme Articulation, Response Solution Design, Financial Modelling, Contract Review and Client and Competitor Intelligence. Conduct dry runs for client presentations and provide feedback and coaching to the presenters on Executive Communication, Cross-Cultural and Business Etiquettes. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting client relationships and be the point of escalation for all delivery issues for senior client leaders. Act as a trusted partner and adviser for client leaders by evangelizing emerging technology trends, software engineering paradigms and solutions that address specific challenges. Operations Management: Achieve financial targets for my portfolio and execute corrective measures when needed. Coordinate with corporate teams to forecast resource demand across technology tracks and travel readiness of team members for overseas assignments. Business Development: Review and qualify RFPs/RFIs to identify the right bids to pursue with high win probability.
