    • Regional Operations Manager
      • Dec 2008 - Apr 2016

I joined DWS Bodyworks at the end of 2008 to manage their newly acquired bodyshop in Croydon. This site employed 50 staff, running 24 hours a day, repairing 120 vehicles per week for a number of major Insurance customers. I was responsible for the day to day running of the operations, including contract relationships, recruitment, heath and safety and human resources. Following on from this successful post I was promoted to Regional Operations Manager for the group overseeing the day to day operational running for eight of the sites covering the south and west of the London area. • Branch Aftersales Manager
      • 1993 - Nov 2008

Having been promoted from Bodyshop Manager of Renault Croydon to the new position of Branch Aftersales Manager at a larger location, I was given the responsibility of setting up the new organisation, recruiting staff, tooling and equipment, setting up the new IT systems, gaining new work contracts and assisting in the allocations of the budgets for the coming year. Renault later decided to merge two further locations in to the site and re-named the branch to Renault Beddington Farm. I again successfully planned, organised and relocated these two further outlets into the business. As a result of my responsibility managing 45 staff across three departments within such a large site, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety law and managed all aspects of Health and Safety for the Renault Croydon Group. I was also responsible for HR within the sites. Show less
