In my role as Service Support Manager I have been working together with Paul Williams between August 2005 and May 2012. Paul was, among other things, the responsible Ciber International business owner and system owner for three SAP (ERP/BW/WebPortal) system landscapes. During that time, Paul initiated numerous SAP projects, incl. system transitions, system migration and upgrade projects, implementation of a leading business intelligence reporting tool and divers functional adds under his direction. Paul managed an international user community of about 2000 SAP users overall throughout 16 different countries. He proved himself to be a very hard working, knowledgeable and foresightful program manager. Paul always supported system procedures in-line with SOX compliance policies and high system security measures.
