Some of my responsibilities are: • To identify, Source, Engage, Screen, and Recruit candidates for Executive Search, Retained, or RPO projects (from junior executive to C-Level roles; various industries) • Acts as an advisor and Subject Matter Expert for methods/approaches, applications, and technologies in sourcing candidates • Familiar and knowledgeable with various ATS/CRM (Zoho, Workday, iSmartRecruit, Conrep, SmartRecruiters, Manatal, etc.), job boards, and other online tools • Sourcing potential candidates/headhunting for RPO (or mass hiring), Retained, and Contingency jobs through job boards (Jobstreet, Monster, JobsDB, RegionUP, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bebee), social hubs/sites (meetup, GitHub, etc.), SEO, Career page and websites. • Preparing details on the job's roles and requirements (job description) • Creating and posting jobs ads & social media content through (local or international) job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), or the company’s website • Making cold calls and pre-screening interviews with potential candidates or applicants • Conducting initial screening or evaluation on CVs or resumes of potential candidates or applicants • Preparing presentations for clients (Hiring Managers) • Giving advice or guidance to potential or short-listed candidates/potential candidates or any inquiry received from candidates • Talent Mapping, Research, and Presentations • Candidates’ Reference or Background Check • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, appointments with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. • Any assignments related to recruitment/hiring or human resources.
