The faster I go, sometimes the more out of control my paper piles seem to get. Kathryn is amazing, I hire her, she comes to my office and helps me pull all the pieces back together again and put them where they belong. I advanced the Development department by creating and implementing an annual plan that achieved 43% higher net revenue than the prior year. I plan and manage six annual events, including a $130,000-raising Gala with over 300 attendees. My elegant annual gala boasted 60% more guests in the room, a smooth execution, and a much better ROI than last year. I conduct major donor research, attend every meeting, and have successfully acquired my own donors and corporate connections. My efforts resulted in a 15% increase in major donor revenue.
