Startup Engineer Responsible for the introduction oversight and startup of all water treatment systems to ethanol plants throughout the Midwest. The Startup Engineer will serve as a Project Manager/Coordinator for different plants and their associates in the implementation and full functionality of all treatment equipment. Three months prior to plant start-up the Engineer will travel to the location and introduce the equipment. Over the next several months the individual will make anywhere from 15-20 trips to the location to ensure installation is going as planned. The startup phase will require 7-14 days onsite ensuring the systems reach full operational status. Communication is the key to success in this position, being able to effectively communicate will all levels of staff from Piping Supervisors up to Plant Managers.
