Rolando has excellent communication and program management skills. Rolando is a customer focused professional and goes above and beyond to understand the customer needs and expectations, uses a holistic approach to analyze problems and develop solutions. Rolando is a great collaborator and very disciplined in the with the execution of projects. I would recommend Rolando for Project Management and CI roles.

I had the pleasure to work with Rolando for about 5 years. During that time I was able to count on him to manage multiple projects with competing timelines all were completed on time and under budget. His team thrived under his leadership and I think he would be an asset to any organization.
