It was wonderful to work with Nurit for over six years. Started as our R&D team’s agile coach and demonstrated a full scale of capabilities from being a great enabler to being a great facilitator, together with her trustworthiness and practical approach it’s was no surprise she quickly took responsibility for the entire R&D group including UAT, delivery and support services and building new teams. It was a pleasure to clearly notice the teams (local and remote in different sites) change over time, becoming more and more self-managed, engaged, productive and happy. I appreciate this journey required much knowledge on R&D process, methodology, and very important soft skills. I had full confident with Nurit, mainly because of her transparency and ability to communicate clearly any situation. It’s not enough to understand and have faith in the theory – Nurit is also very realistic and is a long-term player that knows how to manage risk. With her unlimited bursting energy, Nurit also became known as an ‘Agile’ authority outside our division and helped with consultation and side projects to other teams. We will miss Nurit’s spirit and leadership and looking forward to seeing her doing new great things.
