I had the absolute pleasure of working for John at Allegro Development and have kept in touch with him ever since. John is one the brightest and most humble leaders, I have ever met. His ability to digest, analyze, and subsequently formulate solutions to extremely complex issues literally within minutes for his clients make him a rare asset that generates incalculable value to his organization and its stakeholders. My personal impression of John’s character, intelligence, and leadership is second to none. There are some people you meet in your professional career and life, whose business acumen and personal integrity simply amaze you. These people are far and few, but they leave a lasting impression on you never to be forgotten. John is one of those people. I thought that after my first meeting with John at Allegro.

John and I worked together for seven years at NewEnergy Associates and Ventyx. John was typically given the difficult challenges to turn into successes, and that he did. While I could offer the standard platitudes about John's outstanding professional skills and capabilities--- all of which he has--- it is John's personal integrity and achieved respect from everyone he works with that truly sets him apart. John is on my short list of the most outstanding executives I have worked with in my 30 years in this business and it would only take a short while for anyone working with John to understand why.
