During my two years at Simplex Healthcare, I watched Michael rise from Quality Assurance Team Lead to Manager of Software Development and Quality Assurance. He is a powerful asset in that he possesses a unique combination of superior technical knowledge with the social acumen to engage the business at every level. This allows him to effectively manage his employees, earning their respect, trust and loyalty in that they recognize Michael not only knows what he's doing, he will also fight for their best interest. Michael traveled to India to meet that team face to face in order to build a relationship with those teammates.
