Commonwealth Professional Fellowship is a program awarded by Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, UK to support mid-career professionals from developing countries to spend a period of time at a UK host organization working in their field for a programme of professional development. The purpose of this program is to provide professionals with the opportunity to enhance knowledge and skills in their given sector, and to have catalytic effects of their workplaces. Mr. Tripathi distinguished himself during the fellowship by showing his dedication and taking part in different activities enthusiastically but this accomplishment only scratches the surface of his ability and character. He loves learning and he is one of those rare people who works very hard diligently but always does so with a smile on his face. He constantly strives for excellence but does not let his thirst for knowledge rule his life. I also noticed, he is a scientific humanist with a genuine caring for others. Passionate about technologies being used worldwide and implementation in real environment with focused goal towards automation, digitization, web application and solving the complex challenges with best practices. He voluntarily made presentations on the important areas, shared valuable information on the relevant topics and also has demonstrated great sensitivity to organizational needs, as well as creativity in solving problems.
