After creating an IT infrastructure, where none existed. I pulled all outsourced IT services and remote location business systems into corporate utilizing Citrix, Terminal services and other remote access/management tools. I reviewed, recommended and implemented a new accounting system with a SQL backend, web access, reporting and compliance with Government standards.
