Il recomand pe Florin din mai multe puncte de vedere: 1. Este o persoana analitica - ii place sa analizezez, sa ia decizii si sa se adapteze in functie de situatie. 2. Din punct de vedere uman - il vad ca pe un lider deoarece, stie sa te asculte, te motiveaza, este exemplar si mereu acolo cand ai nevoie. Abilitati pe care rar le intalnesti la un manager. Mi-a plactu sa lucrez cu Florin deoarece are o buna capacitate de adaptare stie cum sa iti vorbeasca si mai ales stie cum sa te motiveze sa vrei sa evoluezi. Stiu ca este o persoana caiera ii plac provocarile si care este capabila sa le duca pana la capat.
