Melanoma research in the department of Dermatology under the Yale SPORE in skin cancer. *Assistance in running a growing tissue/blood bank and keeping databases up to date.*Primary tissue culture involving melanoma, nevi, and normal skin samples, establishing cell lines, processing blood samples and extraction of peripheral blood lymphocytes.*Cell proliferation studies involving dose response to various drugs. Studies also testing for synergistic effect involving multiple drugs.
