I have had Saroj work in my Technical Team at the crucial time when Direct On PC Ltd was making a significant upgrade in its offerings by launching a Wimax Network on 2.3 Ghz across Nigeria in designated cities. Saroj was in charge of Wireless Networks and this technology deployment was his key responsibility. With his and his team's unflinching support and tireless work, we did a successful launch and were even awarded as the Best Wimax Player of the Year at the NITTA Awards in that very first year itself!! His role in set up and maintenance of our WiFi Network too was earlier to the Wimax set up was quite commendable. Saroj is absolutely focused on his goals and ensures that all Projects and customer facing initiatives are undertaken in a timely fashion and in line with the Organisation's overall vision and strategy. His team management skills are superlative too and he has the knack of guiding his team towards providing the best possible support and service to end customers.
