Brian Rodriguez is an outstanding professional and a truly one-of-a-kind person. I worked with Brian for two-and-a-half years at HopeLab, partnering with him on multiple occasions, on projects big and small, spanning R&D and Communications. Brian is incredibly thoughtful, in both senses of the term. He's smart and intelligent, on the one hand, and kind and supportive of his colleagues, on the other. As a researcher, Brian maintains the integrity of the process and keeps close to the data. He leads without showboating and makes connections with people around him, colleagues and end users alike. One of the things that most impresses me about Brian is his capacity as a supervisor. He's a gifted manager; he's highly personable and wants to know his direct reports as whole people, their interests, concerns, and growth edges. Brian is one of the best thought partners I've ever met. And I give him my highest possible recommendation.

Brian is one of the best employees I have ever supervised. Thoughtful, capable, and detail-oriented, Brian is always looking for ways to improve groups' thinking and systems. Brian is one of those rare individuals who you give a project to and then see it executed in ways you hadn't even expected or imagined. He has been a tremendous asset to our team at HopeLab.
