KAHRAMAA is the sole Transmission and Distribution System Owner and Operator for the Electricity and Water sector in Qatar. KAHRAMAA aims to provide High Quality and Sustainable Electricity and Water for better living in Qatar. In order to contribute to this mission, I personally challenge myself every day to be at the top of my game by continuously seeking ways to improve myself and the company's work processes(ISO 9001:2015 certified). On a regular day, I would be designing 11kV and/or 415V distribution network for supply to residential, commercial or industrial customers. I would also be coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for approval of my designs. When an asset requires upgrade or relocation or a new subdivision is being developed, my planning and design skills come into actions. ✔️Led a team in completing 1500+ distribution projects which involves preparing network designs, securing relevant authorities approvals, preparing cost estimates and coordinating works with Construction Team and Contractors for project execution.✔️ As a team member, I contributed to the significant reduction of pending distribution network development and reinforcement projects by expediting the design preparations and acquiring external approvals for the project, which resulted in an improved KPI, overall network performance, and customer satisfaction.✔️ Provided work process knowledge and expertise in the development of Project Tracking System in ERP-JDE platform which improved the efficiency and data security in tracking and updates for project status.✔️ Shared bright ideas for the on-going continuous improvement project that will automate all of the related processes for electric distribution scheme preparations.✔️ Mentorship to newly hired engineers to effectively adapt to the company's work processes and best practices.🏆ACHIEVEMENTS:• "Outstanding Performance Award" Years 2012 and 2015 • Consistent Excellent Performance Appraisals Ratings
