  Sit & Stare (originally Table Water for Two) is an independent platform dedicated to delivering competent and honest critiques of theatre local to Newcastle, Maitland, and the Central Coast. The scope has since expanded to include work as far away as Hornsby and the Sutherland Shire, as well as Genesian Theatre in Sydney's CBD, and content now also includes film & television reviews and other op-eds. To celebrate one year of operation for Sit & Stare in 2019, the company staged a fundraiser production, FAIR RETAIL: THE HALF MUSICAL, with Newcastle Theatre Company.
