What most impressed me in Violette was her grit in building a career path authentic to herself; transitioning from engineering to executive coaching and leadership training. Her having roots is the world of engineering, gives her credibility with technical leaders. I was also impressed by her ability to to respond to circumstances and bounce forward with a response-able mindset. Throughout her adventurous life she's overcome many challenges, coming out stronger every time. I found her such a good role model that I connected her with my son and daughter, who had recently graduated from college, exchanging my mentoring her for her mentoring them.

I met Banafsheh some two years ago and was immediately impressed with her enthusiasm, technical expertise, knowledge and professional demeanor. It was however, her ability to carefully listen and empathize that caught my attention. Over the course of this two-year period, I discovered that in addition to a keen intellect, Banafsheh had boundless energy and a real determination to help those needing assistance to master their technical issues. Banafsheh is extremely reliable and has experience with a vast array of technologies. She possesses the ability to handle delicate situations with her clients, and has a particular gift for explaining technical issues in ways her audience can understand. She has an unwavering commitment to exceed customer expectations, is an insatiable learner and possesses a genuine intellectual curiosity. In addition to being strong technically, she is blessed with strong interpersonal skills and is very good at presenting options to solve complex problems. She uses effective approaches for developing appropriate solutions and takes action that is consistent with available facts, limitations, and potential consequences. Praising her as I did to her supervisors, I discovered they too recognized her many abilities, indicating she possessed a team player mind-set, that she developed and sustained productive customer relationships, enthusiastically embraced change, and made her customers needs a primary focus of her actions. I know Banafsheh maintains the technical and professional expertise required to do her job effectively. Importantly, she appreciates the varied interests and insights of others while working collaboratively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds, styles, and capabilities.
