Ads proved to be a godsend to me and the business when he first joined Strataplan - the company had experienced considerable growth and was struggling to service our stake holders and existing customers. He quickly mastered a system (CAFM) we had migrated over with very limited support from the vendor. Most importantly he worked out how to successfully implement an automated preventative maintenance schedule on his own. He quickly become a project manager in the asset management team setting up buildings. He is able to communicate clearly to shareholders technical terms which they can understand. His rapport with staff is warm and enduring. As a result Ads quickly became a vital asset to the business - he is honest, works hard and manages all tasks assign to him - exceeding expectations all the time. I practically didn't need to manage him as I had every confidence he would get the job done Always helpful and resourceful - I will miss working with him - there is no other like Ads!
