While pursuing my MPA, Jackie was a tremendous help to me. She made the sometimes overwhelming amount of details more manageable and provided me with the best path to success. Jackie's knowledge and ability to communicate put me to ease and in the rare event when she didn't know an answer to one of my obscure questions, she would either seek it out and get back to me, or she would connect me with the appropriate person. We also worked on putting together an event and she showed professionalism and a detail-oriented nature throughout that process. Her counsel and friendship were also invaluable, and I am grateful to have had her as my Dean.
