Mike does not disappoint. When he was on my team, I became extremely spoiled since he gave me so much leverage. He is an owner, always taking on more and more responsibility and exceeding expectations time and again. Mike is an exceptional operator with superb project management skills and he is also a master at stakeholder management. This latter skill is substantially due to his communication skills. Mike has the intuition and business acumen to understand his audience and their needs, whether they are a recipient of a memo, marketing material, a presentation, or just a status update on a project. Mike crafts messages and times them in a way that they are retained and the desired action is taken. Since Mike's core skills are so transferable and since he is such a quick learner, he has been highly successful in a variety of different functions, continuously reinventing himself throughout his career thus far.
