As a supervisor my job is overseeing the projects and supervising the day-to-day operations of the processing team. My main responsibilities include quality checks and handling complex processes that have been escalated. I constantly keep myself up to date with the knowledge base of the processes/ workflows of the agency operations and agency management systems to ensure that I promptly deliver highest level of service and quality.
