Responsible for the Genetic Report system. An automatic reporting module to deliver personalized pdf reports to the end-user. Starting with the genetic analysis results and using a rule-based system we were able to provide insights and personalized recommendations based on different genetic variants. Extended the possible inputs to accept 23andWe and similar files, clinical analysis data and Copy number variation data. Developed 20+ genetic reports (from wellness to pharmacogenetics) and a customization sub-module to allow different layouts for business partners. Developed an API to accept paperless requisitions for our genetics tests as well as integrating client’s LIMS (Laboratory information management system) with our SaaS.Provided support and updated our main backend and orchestration system in order to provide new features for our LIMS.
