Was in charge of all different aspects of marketing within the company. I developed the marketing plans for each quarter that includes a wide mix of marketing activities, such as lead generation, events, website, PR/social media, collateral, and database management. Lead Generation – Development and administration of Global CTI’s internal lead generation engine that feeds the sales funnel and helps increase sales opportunities. From Email, Direct Mail, Landing Pages, Segmented and Targeted Lists, and more, I put together these various components into campaigns to drive traffic to Webinars, Events, and Downloads. The campaigns are designed with the goal to nurture contacts through the buying cycle, which begins at Awareness, and then proceeds through Consideration, Preference, and once the sale is complete, Loyalty. Website Management – I made sure the wordpress-based site is up-to-date through management of its plugins and widgets, writing and posting of blog posts, adding events to the calendar, and encouraging turnover through SEO. Event Logistics – Have managed the logistics for numerous events and managed the attendance drive efforts. From IT panel lunch & learns, to social events at baseball games, horse races, and museums, as well as setting up and manning booths at conferences such as CETPA, CISOA, and MISAC. PR/Social Media – Social media was updated two to three times a week. Encourage community involvement among staff. I handled internal and external communication efforts, such as our leads and referrals program, our quarterly newsletters, press releases, and important updates for customers. Many of these items are focused on branding efforts and encouraging a positive company culture. Collateral – I also managed the creation of collateral. Collateral educates about who we are and our clients in both print and video. Have created white papers, ebooks, and product and client data sheets, postcards, event videos, and graphics. Show less
