As the final sales responsible for this event, Queena was able to execute an effective sales strategy to secure 9 companies to attend Career Forum with her sales team. The time constraint did not gave her much hesitation but determination to act quickly and effectively. Queena has also shown her ability to network and service the partners. During the event, with great tasks at hand, she was able to keep a clear head to ensure the attending companies were able to enjoy the event and meanwhile co-ordinate several others on event detailing. With her action, she inspired me to be even more customer oriented in my role as the National Business Development Manager.
