A Peer Resource Advisor is a trained listener in a confidential, non-judgmental environment, who refers women to in-house services and other community resources according to their needs. In-house programs include: the Challenge Program, Employment and Business Success and Returnship (Displaced Homemakers' Program). Mentors are experienced, trained advisors and professionals who have completed training and support WRC's Employability and Scholarship Programs.
