Luke is the ideal colleague to have on any team. His upbeat and positive take on life and work radiates confidence and comedy, whilst maintaining professionalism throughout all that he does. I have worked with Luke on numerous events and his knowledge of IT and its processes, particuarly Apple Mac software is second to none. He is always willing to help, and Luke builds up fantastic working relationships with all he comes into contact with. I am responsible for providing technical support to ICT systems including desktops, tablets and servers operating on a wide range of platforms including Windows, MacOS and iPadOS.
