Managed the NSW team delivering tracing services to the Australian and international community. Our aim was to reunite family members who had lost contact with loved ones due to war, conflict or natural disaster through the International Red Cross and Red Crescent network. Designed a 1 year pilot program to provide Tracing services to remote Immigration Detention detainees offshore. This program was subsequently fully funded by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC), for which I designed the service specifications and outcomes framework. Accredited member of the Red Cross international delegate pool. Worked in Christchurch earthquake, Queensland floods responses and as a remote advisor for Myanmar Red Cross.
