I transitioned to build and lead product teams focused on Banking, Payments, Crypto and Staking.During this period- Expanded Kraken Staking to more than $7bn in assets under custody- Oversaw the launch of Card payments on the Kraken platform and the addition of 15+ new fiat rails- Lead the product effort for the launch of the first crypto US bank via the Wyoming SPDI bankingcharter). Bank opening expected in 2023.

I was invited to focused on expanding the network of fiat & crypto partnerships, improving the UX and general digital asset innovation. Over 2 years- Launched 10+ fiat and banking partner integrations in North America and Europe- Launched 15+ new digital assets on the Kraken platform- Designed and launched Kraken Staking, signing up thousands of clients and 10s of millions of assets at launch.

  Paysafe provides digital payment solutions to thousands of customers in more than 200 countries. The payments industry, despite looking ordinary on the outside, is booming and thriving, with innovation and disruption happening on multiple levels. I focused on the Hosted Solutions within Paysafe Payment Processing, competing for clarity, robustness and ease of integration with solutions from Stripe, Braintree and Adyen. With Paysafe being a young company (despite composed of established businesses) I was able to drive an end to end strategy, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations. Lead the development and launch of two products on the market - Paysafe.js and Paysafe Checkout - with more than 90% adoption rate among new customers in North American and UK markets. Secondary area of work is researching new technologies for the Payments industry, integration of blockchain & related technologies and general innovation opportunities.

  I took on Product Management at SDL Fredhopper aiming to sharpen the roadmap and further strengthen the product as leader in the e-commerce search & merchandising segment.We adapted the product and the service to the needs of the fast-growing international e-retailers, expanded our customer base and our addressable market. We kept the focus on search & merchandising but introduced new developments in team collaboration and personalization. I work on further market research, identification of growth opportunities and expansion strategy for the next years. I work closely with some of the biggest European e-commerce brands - ASOS, Otto, Selfridges, Debenhams, Auchan and many others – helping them with search & merchandising innovation and value delivery.I'm hands-on, working with development, operations, marketing and business teams on the scope, features, delivery and go to market.

  Fredhopper delivers a structured search & navigation product/service with integrated customer targeting and merchandising mechanisms. The product combines traditional full-text search with custom data structures to provide soft real-time behaviour. Fredhopper products and services are entirely Java based, spanning from popular core libraries like Lucene and Mahout to web frameworks like Wicket. My work focused initially on the linguistics stack, the full-text search capabilities and the faceting functionality. As Fredhopper grew beyond the common search & navigation, I moved to targeting and merchandising capabilities, the Business UI development and extended business services (suggest, recommendations and more).As a Team Lead I handled internal project delivery, project management, risk assessment, scope changes and story refinements. Extensive use of Jira/Confluence and Agile methodologies.Later I focused on Innovation research, combining inside knowledge and outside innovation, design/systematic inventive thinking in collaboration with team member and customers.

  I joined TOG to work on e-commerce and B2B applications for the UK market. Our applications catered for the full range of e-commerce capabilities our customers required, integrating multiple external systems (payment processors, invoice applications, etc.) in the process. As we grew, our applications merged into a platform that enabled us to manage larger e-commerce operations in a scalable and maintainable way. I worked on the software design, later took over the product design and management of the platform, operational details and deployment models. Following the success of the platform, we launched our own e-commerce operation with a network of e-commerce websites pioneering on-line jewellery sales in partnership with UK wholesalers. I managed the operational aspects, customer support, data analysis, user experience and product requirements.
