I've spent a long time considering how to best describe Elisa in a LinkedIn recommendation. I think it's best to keep it simple and straight-forward: Elisa is a cool cat. I had the privilege of working with Elisa for about a year at the Seattle Aquarium. I immediately knew that she was somebody I would want to keep in contact with even after our time together at the Aquarium had run its course. She approaches all issues with the same enthusiasm and creativity that you would expect from a (I don't even know the appropriate noun to use here). She's just that great. We did not work in the same department, but I could always count on her for reliable, insightful advice regarding all aspects of the organization. She came into the Annual Fund role effortlessly, interacting with all departments with confidence, ease, and respect. I would be comfortable telling anybody, without a doubt, that they would be doing their company a disservice by not considering Elisa as a candidate for a development role. She's also hilarious.

Elisa and I worked closely together on several projects during the course of our MFA program in Arts Leadership at Seattle University. Her commitment to our work, outstanding research skills, focused detail-orientation, technical ability, and effortless talent to effectively prioritize and organize were valuable and much-coveted assets. Elisa is also reliable, professional, highly motivated, and brilliant. I am grateful to have had her as a co-leader, partner, and current friend as we both move forward with our careers. I highly recommend her for any path she chooses to follow - and to any employer fortunate enough to hire her.
