Tucky is inspiring. It is a rare kind of leader that motivates with compassion and empathy. It takes talent to communicate well; breaking down silos to share a vision of success with others. It takes knowledge, experience and dedication to see that vision through. Tucky used her unique position at the crossroads of so many great games to internalize, expand and then share that knowledge. Always with product goals in mind, she crafted some of the most robust and valuable spreadsheets I have ever worked with. Tucky always had answers to questions. More so, she always had the humility to address when she didn't and would work to have them next time. She was able to communicate complicated ideas in straightforward and clear ways. This kind of data-centric, cross game tested, open communication are the hallmarks of a masterful designer.

I worked with Tucky in collaboration between our companies, during my time at Unicorn Pirates Studio. Tucky is an absolute joy to work with. She knows how to mix the professional and the fun, which I find crucial in our industry. During our collaboration, she was an incredible help when it came to learning about IdleKit from Design and LiveOps perspective, going out of her way to make time for additional meetings to clarify any questions that came up. When there was a problem - I knew that Tucky was someone that I could count on to help me solve it! Her skills, of course, didn’t stop at IdleKit, and during our collaboration, she showed a lot of skill in managing data using spreadsheets, creating user flows using prototyping tools, and coming up with creative solutions for any challenges that the design team faced. Though we were working from wildly different time zones (Finland - Canada), Tucky created a presence of a genuine co-worker easily with her friendly attitude and brilliant communication, making the distance rarely noticeable. I believe that any good company would be absolutely lucky to have Tucky on their team!
