As a member of the A-Team, I participated in a weekly training course in the policies and procedures for Utah State University (USU) relating to graduation requirements, new student registration, and various related university functions. The training course lasted from January through April. During each SOAR (Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration) session held from May to August, I:-skillfully led a 75-minute small-group discussion educating new students about USU policies and procedures,-thoroughly educated prospective chemistry and biochemistry students in graduation requirements for their intended major,-patiently aided these students in registering for their first semester of courses,-and cheerfully answered all questions and concerns presented by new students or their parents.
