I had the pleasure of working with Kayla for 7 years at Ontario Tire Stewardship. I was particularly impressed by Kayla ability to handle even the toughest clients—effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop among customer service professionals, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to her. She is reliable, trustworthy and hardworking individual that demonstrated her composure and shows empathy to clients.
